Latest NewsThe Whitchurch Fete on Saturday 3 September took place in fair weather (ie it didn't rain) and was well attended. As usual all the produce on the Twinning table was sold. The hamper of French products was won by Philip Major of Caversham. Martine Cousin has been in touch with Vicky/Martyn Jordan suggesting next year's visit to LaBouille take place from Saturday morning 5 may to Monday 7 May. On recent visits we have taken the morning ferry on Saturday arriving late in LaBouille. The evening functions in the Marie and the late evening meal make it a long tiring day. Options to relieve the stress are 1) travel overnight Friday (more stress?) 2) take the morning ferry on Friday - which means a day off work. We need your feedback now so that coach reservation can be made. The next activity on the calendar is the AGM, date to be announced by Vicky in due course.
